NEF seeks to lease or purchase Grade A office space in Vincent, East London (140-160m²) with specific accessibility, parking, and building service requirements for a 5-year lease term commencing November 2026.

- • Proof of presence in Eastern Cape (rates & taxes statement not older than 3 months)

- • Valid accreditation with relevant property management regulatory body
- • Proof of mandate if acting on behalf of landlord
- • Building must be accessible to clients, suppliers and people with disabilities
- • Building must be Grade A office space
- • Building must be between 140m² to 160m² (including common areas)
- • 4-5 parking bays including disabled access parking
- • Located in office node (not industrial areas)
- • Within walking distance to public transport and retail centers
- • Building must be fully air-conditioned with fire detection/prevention services
- • Must accommodate 24-hour access for NEF staff
- • Landlord must provide building maintenance services (plumbing, electrical, handyman)
- • Building must cater for people with special needs (disabilities access and toilets on ground floor)
- • Tenant installation allowance to be provided by landlord
- • Beneficial occupation date: 1 November 2026
- • Lease period: 5 years with option to extend 12 months (for Option 1)
- • Must provide rates, taxes, water, electrical consumption details
- • Copy of company board resolution if juristic person or partnership
- • Employment equity details of operational-level employees
- • Percentage ownership details (Black ownership, Black women ownership, Youth ownership)
- • Copies of qualifications, ID documents, CVs of persons involved in execution
- • Minimum 2 references with contact details
- • Proof of affiliations attached
- • Building floor plans to be submitted
