- • 5-year lease term with 12-month extension option
- • Full air-conditioning and ventilation
- • Fire detection and prevention services
- • Lift access
- • OHS and emergency evacuation compliance
- • Building services per National Building Regulations
- • Uninterrupted power supply and backup generator or solar option
