SAFCOL seeks a service provider to develop its integrated report for three financial years under an NEC4 Term Service Contract with performance-based service level requirements and a mandatory three-month probation period.

- • Quality policy statement and quality plan (if applicable under contract)
- • Insurance coverage as per Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act No. 130 of 1993
- • Compliance with ethics conditions (no illegal or corrupt practices)
- • Three-month mandatory probation period post-award
- • Compliance with King IV, IFRS Sustainability, and National Treasury reporting frameworks
- • Attendance at 95% of scheduled project meetings
- • No cession, delegation or assignment of rights without written consent
