Panel of Suppliers for GET Technology LTSM Supply, Packaging and Distribution (Grade 8–9) — North West Education

The Department of Education and Sport Development, North West, is establishing a panel of service providers for the supply, packaging, distribution and catalogue management of CAPS-compliant GET (General Education and Training) Technology teaching and learning support material (LTSM) for Grade 8–9 learners. The contract runs for three years from 2026/2027 to 2028/2029. Bidders must supply the LTSM in compliance with the CAPS (Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement) framework. The supplier is responsible for packaging the materials appropriately for distribution and managing the catalogue system to ensure materials are tracked and available when needed by schools. The successful bidders will form a panel from which the Department may call off services throughout the contract period. Bidders must complete all required documentation, including pricing schedules, and submit sealed bids to the bid box at the Department of Education, Garona Building, East Wing Entrance, Ground Floor, next to the CFO's Office by 11:00 on 4 November 2026. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date. All tender prices must be VAT-inclusive. The Department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to withdraw its decision, and to award the contract in whole or in part.
