Panel of Service Providers for FET Physical Sciences LTSM Supply, Packaging and Distribution — North West Education (3 years)

The Department of Education, North West, is establishing a panel of service provider(s) to supply, package, distribute and manage CAPS-compliant (Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statements) FET (Further Education and Training) Physical Sciences teaching and learning support materials (LTSM) for grades 10, 11 and 12. The contract runs for three financial years: 2026/2027, 2027/2028 and 2028/2029. Successful bidder(s) will be responsible for the full supply chain—procurement of materials, packaging to specification, distribution to schools across North West province, and ongoing catalogue management to ensure availability and compliance with the national curriculum framework. The scope involves coordination with the Department to identify material requirements, manage inventory, handle logistics, and maintain up-to-date catalogues of available resources. Bidders must be able to deliver to multiple sites across the province and sustain service over the three-year period. All tender prices must be VAT-inclusive. The Department reserves the right to accept tenders in whole or in part and does not bind itself to the lowest or any bid.
