- • Service provider must be registered (Phase 2 requirement text cut off but indicated as mandatory)
- • Course accreditation must be submitted
- • Training manuals (PowerPoint, PDF, electronic formats) must be provided
- • Certificates of completion must be issued to participants
- • Practical exercises aligned to reporting, planning, monitoring and financial analysis required
