- • Valid tax clearance certificate or TCS PIN from SARS
- • Recent municipal account of company (not older than 90 days)
- • Recent municipal accounts of all Directors/Shareholders
- • Proof of property ownership or affidavit if no property registered in bidder's name
- • Certificate of Independent Proposal Determination (MBD 9)
- • Certificate for Payment of Municipal Services (MBD 10)
- • Declaration of Interests (MBD 4)
- • Declaration of Bidders' past Supply Chain Management Practices (MBD 8)
- • Not in service of the state (persons in service of the state are disqualified)
- • Prices must be fixed and inclusive of VAT
- • Quotation validity of 120 days from date of offer
- • Firm delivery period must be indicated
