- • If leasing/renting/lodging: latest valid copy of agreement; if no property registered: affidavit confirming this
- • Bidder must not be in service of the state
- • Prices must be fixed and inclusive of VAT
- • Delivery period must be indicated
- • Quotation validity: minimum 120 days from offer date
