- • Recent municipal account (not older than 90 days)
- • Recent municipal accounts of all directors/shareholders
- • Proof of property ownership or affidavit if none registered
- • Not in service of the state (MBD 4 definition compliance)
- • Quotation valid for 120 days
- • Fixed prices inclusive of VAT
- • Firm delivery period indicated
