- • Project Leader: BSc or B-Tech Civil Engineering; 5+ years post-ECSA registration experience in reservoir design
- • Civil Engineer: BSc or B-Tech Civil Engineering; 5+ years post-ECSA registration experience in water/sewer design
- • Structural Engineer: BSc or B-Tech Civil Engineering; 5+ years post-ECSA registration experience in water/sewer design
- • Engineer's Representative: BSc or B-Tech Civil Engineering; 3+ years post-ECSA registration experience in water/sewer projects
- • At least one completed reinforced concrete reservoir project
- • At least one completed bulk water, water and/or sewer reticulation project
- • Full-time employment of specified key personnel
- • CVs of key personnel submitted
- • Professional Indemnity Insurance proof required
- • Company profile and certified copies of professional qualifications submitted
- • Minimum functionality score of 70 points
- • Compulsory clarification meeting attendance (addenda issued only to attendees)
