Network Perimeter Firewall Security Hardware – FSCA

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is procuring ICT perimeter firewall network security services for a five-year contract period commencing 28 February 2027. The service involves provision of network perimeter firewall security hardware and related ICT security services. The FSCA operates from a single office location in Pretoria at Riverwalk Office Park, 41 Matroosberg Road, Ashlea Gardens Extension 6, Menlo Park. Bidders must demonstrate capabilities and experience with the requested services and provide all-inclusive fixed pricing in South African Rand. The contract will be subject to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act No. 5 of 2000, Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022, Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, and General Conditions of Contract. Bids must be submitted in two printed copies (one original and one copy) and one electronic copy in PDF format on a flash drive, properly sealed and deposited at the FSCA reception by 5 November 2026 at 11h00. A non-compulsory briefing session is scheduled for 14 October 2026 at 11h00 via Microsoft Teams. The contract will be awarded as a whole or in part at the FSCA's discretion, subject to functional evaluation and preference points assessment.
