- • Joint Venture/Consortium/Partnering Agreement (if applicable) signed by all parties
- • Bidder to sign Closing/Submission register
- • Evidence of previous horticultural (tree felling or grass cutting)/gardening work experience for past 15 years (2011-2026)
- • Appointment Letters/Contracts/Purchase Orders for projects with Reference Letters/Testimonials/Completion Certificates
- • Proof of company footprint in Gauteng (Rates and Taxes/Lease agreement not older than 3 months)
- • Financial capability documentation
