What you need to qualify for this tender
- • SBD 4 – Declaration of Interest form (fully completed, signed, and submitted)
- • SBD 6.1 – Preference points claim form (fully completed)
- • SBD 6.2 form (fully completed)
- • Pricing schedule – fully completed and signed
- • Valid BBBEE documentation (sworn affidavit from DTI/CIPC or SANAS-accredited verification certificate)
- • CV of Trade Test Assessor with 3+ years experience in trade testing on Diesel Mechanic
- • CV of Trade Test Moderator with 3+ years experience in trade testing on Diesel Mechanic
- • Proof of accreditation as Assessment/Trade Test Centre with MerSETA/QCTO/NAMB for Diesel Mechanic
- • EMEs must submit sworn affidavit confirming annual total revenue ≤R10 million and level of black ownership
- • QSEs must submit sworn affidavit confirming annual total revenue between R10–R50 million and level of black ownership, or B-BBEE level verification certificate
- • POPIA consent confirmation
