Request for Proposals to establish a panel of suppliers for PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) supply and delivery on an as-needed basis for three years; compulsory briefing attendance required; tax compliance and BBBEE certification mandatory.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Attendance at compulsory briefing session (26 August 2026 at 10:00 am) - non-attendance is disqualifying criterion
- • Valid Tax Compliant Verification PIN number from SARS
- • Proof of registration (ID/CM29/CK1/partnership agreement/trust deed as applicable)
- • BBBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit
- • Up-to-date municipal accounts (not older than 3 months, not more than 3 months in arrears) for individual, entity, and directors/members
- • Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
- • Completed and signed MBD forms: MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 8 (Past Supply Chain Practices), MBD 9 (Certificate of Independent Bid Determination), JPC MBD 7 (Bidders Information)
- • Company resolution for bid signing powers (for companies)
- • Directors/members must not be listed on National Treasury register of defaulters
- • Original plus scanned version of submission on USB
