- • Experience with similar work – demonstrate track record of projects of similar scope and size
- • All bid forms completed in full with each page initialed
- • Bid submitted in sealed envelope with bid number and description
- • Not in service of the state
- • Not listed on Register of Bid Defaulters
- • No outstanding municipal rates, taxes or service charges exceeding three months in arrears
