Amajuba District Municipality invites service providers to register on a panel for specialized communications services (marketing, branding, media, events, research) for 36 months, evaluated on functionality and 80/20 preference points with HDI and local business goals.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- • Tax Compliance Status Pin or TCS Certificate
- • Certified ID copies of all directors/members/sole proprietor
- • Bank details with original cancelled cheque or bank stamp
- • Company registration documents
- • Current municipal account not owing more than 90 days OR lease agreement
- • Proof of residence/business address (certified)
- • Traceable references: minimum 2 appointment letters or purchase orders of at least R50,000 each within last 10 years
- • Bank rating from registered financial institution not older than 12 months
- • All Municipal Bidding Documents (MBD) completed and signed
- • Proof of business owned by black person (>50%), female gender, youth, disability, or located in Amajuba District Municipality (for preference points)
- • Medical certificate if claiming disability points
- • Municipal rates/taxes certificate not older than 3 months if claiming local municipality points
