RFP for supply and delivery of 16 airport trolley movers and 8 chargers to OR Tambo International Airport under NEC3 Supply Short Contract for 6-month delivery period.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Supplier must not cede, delegate, or assign rights/obligations without written Purchaser consent
- • Supplier must provide tax invoice within one week of payment certificate
- • Supplier must comply with Purchaser's invoicing procedures
- • No illegal or corrupt practices permitted; grounds for contract termination
- • Joint venture/consortium members are jointly and severally liable
- • Delivery within 6 months from contract signing date
- • Defects liability period: 156 weeks after delivery
- • Defects correction period: 4 weeks after delivery
- • Price Schedule must be inclusive of VAT and all costs (delivery, unloading, storage, testing, etc.)
