- • Joint ventures: combined grading must equal or exceed 6ME
- • All tender returnable documents must be completed in entirety
- • Tender submission in printed format (1 original + 1 copy) and electronic format (USB flash drive)
- • English translation required for any documentation in other languages
- • Tender offer validity period: 12 weeks (84 days)
- • For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors: each party must submit separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number
