Mogale City Local Municipality invites training service providers to conduct communication, stakeholder, and relationship management functional training programmes for employees on an as-and-when-required basis over three years, with compulsory briefing attendance and 80/20 price-preference evaluation.

- • Authority of signatory or board resolution (if not sole proprietor)
- • MBD 1: Invitation to tender (handwritten, black ink, original form)
- • MBD 4: Declaration of Interest (handwritten, black ink, original form)
- • MBD 6.1: Preferential Points claim form (handwritten, black ink, original form)
- • MBD 8: Declaration of bidders past supply chain management practices (handwritten, black ink, original form)
- • MBD 9: Certificate of independent bid determination (handwritten, black ink, original form)
- • CSD registration report or summary report
- • Municipal rates and taxes account not older than 90 days and not in arrears, OR valid lease agreement, OR rental statement, OR municipal confirmation (for informal settlement), OR sworn affidavit (for operations from other locations)
- • No electronic signatures; must be hand-signed in black ink
- • No pages may be removed from original tender document
- • All tender prices must be in RSA currency and inclusive of VAT
- • Non-VAT vendors with annual turnover above R1 million threshold must include VAT and register with SARS within 21 days of award
- • 2% Corporate Social Responsibility contribution levied on companies not based within Mogale City jurisdiction (inclusive of 15% VAT)
