- • ID copies of owners/directors from CIPC, CSD Report or BBBEE Certificate/Affidavit

- • ISO 9001:2015 certification (optional but requested)
- • BBBEE certificate or affidavit if applicable
- • SBD 4 & SBD 6.1 forms completed and submitted
