NRF seeks a service provider for 24/7 shuttle services at SAAO Cape Town and Sutherland sites over 3 years, requiring professional drivers with 2+ years experience, roadworthy vehicles not older than 5 years, public liability insurance, and valid BBBEE certification.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs)
- • Public Liability Insurance cover
- • Proof of vehicle ownership and/or registration or valid third-party lease agreement
- • Valid comprehensive insurance for each vehicle
- • List of all drivers with certified ID documents, Professional Driving Permits, and unendorsed licenses
- • Three (3) signed reference letters demonstrating shuttle services experience within past 3 years
- • Current company profile confirming compliance with scope of work
- • Vehicles not older than 5 years, roadworthy, with GPS, radio/CD, air conditioning, power steering, central locking, airbags
- • Vehicle minimum engine capacity 1600cc for 4-5 seater vehicles
- • All vehicles equipped with first aid kit, fire extinguisher, spare wheel, jack, tools, reflector triangles, lantern, seat belts, 5m rope
- • Drivers with minimum 2 years professional driving experience and valid driver's licence
- • Drivers must be able to drive vehicles with tow bar and trailer/load
- • Drivers with reasonable English language skills
