- • Originally certified ID copies of directors
- • Joint venture agreement if applicable, signed by both parties
- • Proof of financial standing and access to capital (Bank Rating C minimum)
- • Proof of municipal rates clearance for company and all directors, or signed lease agreement with no billing disputes
- • All certifications must not be older than 3 months and in original format
