What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Company registration certificate (CK) - original certified copy
- • Certified copies of ID for all directors/members/board members
- • SARS Tax PIN or tax clearance certificate
- • Current municipal account (not older than 3 months, not in arrears >3 months) or valid lease agreement for business address
- • Current municipal account or proof of residence for all directors/board members
- • Signed Letter of Authority on company letterhead
- • CSD detailed report (printed after tender advert, on or before closing date)
- • Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable) with CSD registration as Joint Venture
- • B-BBEE Certificate (SANAS accredited) or sworn affidavit
- • Bank Rating Letter (not older than 3 months)
- • Proof of ownership or valid lease agreement for mortuary facilities with refrigeration units
- • Documentation of relevant experience in burial services
- • Evidence of qualified and trained staff capable of handling deceased persons
- • Appointment letters and project supporting documentation demonstrating experience on related/similar work
- • Schedule of Rates (T10) completed in full
- • All pages must be submitted, completed, and initialed/signed
- • No painting over rates or use of correcting fluid
- • Form of offer completed in words and numbers
- • Service Level Agreement negotiation required post-award
