- • Certified copies of ID for all directors/members/board members
- • SARS Tax PIN or tax clearance certificate
- • Current municipal account (not older than 3 months, not in arrears for more than 3 months) or valid lease agreement
- • Municipal account proof for all directors/board members
- • CSD detailed report (printed after tender advert and on or before closing date)
- • B-BBEE Certificate (SANAS accredited) or sworn affidavit
- • Authority of Signatory on company letterhead
- • Bank rating letter (not older than 3 months)
- • Latest Annual Financial Statements (e.g. 2025)
- • Audited Annual Financial Statements (if legally required)
- • Comprehensive methodology on community investment
- • Appointment letters
- • Reference letters
- • Schedule of Rates (T10) completed in full
- • All pages of tender document must be initialled or signed
- • Letter of Authority on company letterhead
- • Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable)
- • Joint Ventures must be registered on CSD as Joint Venture
