About this tender
NHBRC seeks a managed cybersecurity services provider for 5 years to operate a 24/7 SOC in South Africa, deliver SIEM/SOAR, XDR/EDR, vulnerability management, incident response, threat intelligence, and cyber awareness programmes; bidder must hold ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and demonstrate ≥5 years MSSP experience.

- • Signed pricing schedule
- • Complete pricing schedule with all years detailed
- • SOC located in South Africa with local analyst access
- • Integration capability with Microsoft 365 E3/E5, Azure, FortiGate/OpenVPN or documented alternatives
- • SIEM/SOAR platform capabilities
- • XDR/EDR endpoint, server, and identity coverage
- • Vulnerability management and annual penetration testing with retesting
- • Incident response and forensics capability aligned to NIST 800-61
- • Threat intelligence services with actionable feeds and IOC integration
- • Continuous exposure management (ASM/CTEM) with external attack surface monitoring
- • Comprehensive cyber awareness programme with phishing simulations
- • Document security implementation (encryption/password protection/audit logging)
- • Policy development/updates for CIRP, third-party access, SOC engagement, identity/PAM, vulnerability/patch, data classification/retention, acceptable use
- • Three (3) contactable reference letters for similar MSSP engagements
- • Qualified resources with relevant certifications and experience (CV evidence required)
- • Delivery of all Section 4.7 TOR deliverables
- • Minimum qualifying score of 80/100 in technical and demonstration evaluation
