- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN from SARS or printed TCS certificate
- • Central Supplier Database (CSD) number if no TCS PIN available
- • For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors: separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD for each party
- • Proof of authority to sign (company resolution, partnership authorization, etc.)
- • Not in service of the state; no directors/members in service of state
- • Compliance with Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 2000 and Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022
