About this tender
Market Theatre Foundation seeks a cleaning service provider for 3 years to clean multiple buildings including theatres, offices, and arts centres, requiring 8 staff (including supervisor) working Monday-Friday and weekends with all cleaning consumables and equipment supplied by the provider.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • At least 3 contactable written references from clients who received similar services in the past 5 years
- • Verification background checks for all proposed employees
- • Proof of South African citizenship or Permanent Residency (preference for designated nationals)
- • Detailed breakdown of costs and fees
- • Service Level Agreement signature
- • Declaration of interest (SBD 4)
- • Declaration of bidder's past supply chain management practices (SBD 8)
- • Certificate of independent bid determination (SBD 9)
- • All cleaning consumables and equipment must be supplied by service provider
- • Equipment maintenance and replacement within 24 hours of defect report
