Appointment of civil engineering professional service provider for traffic impact assessment, road masterplan, stormwater masterplan, and internal roads/stormwater infrastructure development at MMSEZ North Site Phase 1H.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Tendering Service Provider must be civil engineering business undertaking under fulltime supervision of registered professional civil engineer or civil engineering technologist
- • Owned and controlled by registered professionals by at least 51% (shareholding and voting power)
- • At least one registered professional civil engineer must be listed as Key Person in Clause 7.1.2 of Contract Data
- • Current professional registration certificates for all registered principals
- • For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors: each party must submit separate TCS/PIN/CSD documentation
- • Preference Points Claim Form and BBBEE certification (Stage 1)
- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- • VAT Registration Certificate from SARS
- • Company/CC/Trust/Partnership registration certificates
- • Bidder's Disclosure Form MMSEZ-05
- • Tender Clarification Meeting Certificate Form MMSEZ-04
- • Particulars of Tenderer's Projects Form MMSEZ-02 with Letters of Appointment/Purchase Orders (professional fee R5M+ incl. VAT) and signed Letters of Satisfaction from clients
- • Completed Pricing Schedule
- • Form of Offer C1.1 signed by authorized person
- • Board Resolution for signatory authority Form MMSEZ-06
- • Joint Venture/Consortium Agreement (if applicable) with Power of Attorney and establishment document signed by all parties
- • Minimum 70 points on Functionality assessment to proceed to Price and Preference evaluation
- • Five-stage evaluation process: Administrative Compliance, Substantive Compliance, Functionality, Price and Preference, Risk Assessment
