MMSEZ seeks appointment of a professional electrical engineering service provider registered with ECSA to compile detailed electricity and ICT scheme reports for the MMSEZ North site; bidders must be electrical engineering firms under full-time supervision of registered professionals with at least 51% ownership/control by registered principals.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Business must be electrical engineering undertaking OR multidisciplinary professional practice with electrical engineering division
- • Full-time supervision by registered professional civil engineer or registered professional electrical engineering technologist
- • At least 51% ownership and control by registered professionals in terms of number, shareholding, and voting power
- • Professional Indemnity Insurance minimum twice the contract amount
- • At least one registered professional civil engineer listed as Key Person in Clause 7.1.2 of Contract Data
- • Copies of current professional registration certificates with registration numbers for all registered principals
- • For directors/shareholders: same documentation as for registered principals (if private company)
- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- • VAT Registration Certificate from SARS
- • Company/CC/Trust/Partnership registration certificates
- • BBBEE certification and Preference Points Claim Form
- • Completed SBD1 (Invitation to Bid)
- • Completed Form MMSEZ-05 (Bidder's Disclosure)
- • Tender Clarification Meeting Certificate (Form MMSEZ-04)
- • Particulars of Tenderer's Projects (Form MMSEZ-02) with project letters of appointment/POs and reference letters
- • Completed Pricing Schedule (Form C2.2.2 or C2.2.3)
- • Completed Form of Offer (C1.1)
- • Completed Contract Data
- • Board Resolution authorizing signatory
- • JV/Consortium Agreement and Power of Attorney (if applicable)
- • Establishment document for joint ventures/consortiums (if applicable) signed by all parties
