- • Copies of current professional registration certificates with registration numbers for all registered principals
- • For Directors in private companies or stock exchange listed companies: same documentation as principals
- • At least one registered professional electrical engineer listed as Key Person in Contract Data
- • Proof of current ECSA registration (employer reserves right to verify)
- • Company/CC/Trust/Partnership registration certificates
- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (original)
- • VAT Registration Certificate from SARS
- • Entity/JV Partners company profile(s)
- • Preference Points Claim Form and BBBEE certification
- • Form SBD1 - Invitation to Bid (completed and signed)
- • Form MMSEZ-05 (PSP) - Bidder's Disclosure (completed and signed)
- • Form MMSEZ-04 (PSP) - Tender Clarification Meeting Certificate
- • Form MMSEZ-02(PSP) - Particulars of Tenderer's Projects
- • Pricing Schedule (Form C2.2.2 or C2.2.3)
- • Form C1.1 - Form of Offer (completed and signed)
- • Contract Data (completed and signed)
- • Board Resolution for signatory authority (Form MMSEZ-06)
- • For JV/Consortium: Board Resolutions for each partner (Forms MMSEZ-07/08)
