- • Minimum 51% ownership and control by ECSA-registered professionals
- • Certificates proving current professional registration with ECSA including registration numbers
- • At least one registered professional electrical engineer listed as Key Person
- • Completed project experience: minimum R5 million professional fee value per project
- • Reference letters from clients confirming satisfactory completion
- • Minimum 70 points on functionality criteria to qualify for panel inclusion
- • Preference Points Claim Form and BBBEE certification
- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- • VAT Registration Certificate
- • Company/CC/Trust/Partnership registration certificates
- • Completed SBD1 (Invitation to Bid form)
- • Completed MMSEZ forms (05, 02, 06, 01)
- • Board resolution authorizing signatory
- • Pricing schedule fully completed
- • Form of Offer and Contract Data signed
