What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Must be civil engineering business under fulltime supervision of registered professional civil engineer or civil engineering technologist
- • Minimum 51% ownership and control by registered professionals (shareholding and voting power)
- • At least one registered professional civil engineer listed as Key Person
- • Minimum 3 completed bulk water services projects (Design, Construction Stormwater/Wastewater) valued R5M+ each with reference letters
- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate required
- • VAT Registration Certificate from SARS
- • Company/CC/Trust/Partnership registration certificates
- • BBBEE certification (Preference Points Claim Form)
- • Proof of Professional Indemnity Insurance at least 2x contract amount
- • Tender Clarification Meeting Certificate (Form MMSEZ-04)
- • Board Resolution for signatory authority
