About this tender
MMSEZ seeks a registered professional civil engineering service provider to conduct scoping, feasibility and masterplan for railway network infrastructure at MMSEZ North Site; requires ECSA registration, professional indemnity insurance, and railway engineering experience.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Registered professional civil engineer or professional civil engineering technologist under full-time supervision
- • Business owned and controlled by registered professionals at least 51% (by shareholding, voting power, number)
- • For multi-disciplinary practices: relevant percentage per professional Council Code of Conduct
- • At least one registered professional civil engineer listed as Key Person in Contract Data Clause 7.1.2
- • Current professional registration certificates with registration numbers for all registered principals
- • For Directors: documentation equivalent to registered principals
- • If consortium/JV: same documentation for all Service Providers
- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- • VAT Registration Certificate from SARS
- • Company/CC/Trust/Partnership registration certificates
- • Preference Points Claim Form and BBBEE certification
- • Form SBD1 (Invitation to Bid) completed and signed
- • Form MMSEZ-05 (Bidder's Disclosure) completed and signed
- • Form MMSEZ-04 (Tender Clarification Meeting Certificate)
- • Form MMSEZ-02 (Particulars of Tenderer's Projects) with Letters of Appointment/PO and Letters of Satisfaction
- • Completed Pricing Schedule (Form C2.2.2 or C2.2.3)
- • Form C1.1 (Form of Offer) completed and signed
- • Form C1.2 (Contract Data) completed and signed
- • Board Resolution authorizing signatory (Form MMSEZ-06)
- • For JV/Consortium: Board Resolutions for each partner (Forms MMSEZ-07/08)
- • For JV/Consortium: Joint Venture/Consortium Agreement
- • For JV/Consortium: Power of Attorney
- • For JV/Consortium: Establishment document signed by all parties
- • Railway engineering experience: minimum three (3) completed projects with professional fee value R5 Million (incl. VAT) or above, each with Letter of Appointment or PO and signed Letter of Satisfaction from client
