What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Quantity Surveying business undertaking under full-time supervision of registered QS or QS technologist
- • At least 51% ownership and control by SACQSP-registered professionals (Engineering Profession Act 2000, Quantity Surveying Profession Act 2000)
- • Certificates/documentation proving current professional registration of all registered principals
- • For consortia/JVs: all parties must provide separate TCS/PIN/CSD documentation
- • At least one registered professional QS listed as Key Person in Contract Data (Clause 7.1.2)
- • Preference Points Claim Form with BBBEE certification
- • Company/CC/Trust/Partnership registration certificates
- • Original Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- • VAT Registration Certificate from SARS
- • Entity/JV partner company profiles
- • Completed Form SBD1 (Invitation to Bid)
- • Completed Form MMSEZ-05 (Bidder's Disclosure)
- • Tender Clarification Meeting Certificate (Form MMSEZ-04)
- • Particulars of Tenderer's Projects (Form MMSEZ-02) with Letters of Appointment or POs (R5M+ professional fees) and Letters of Satisfaction from clients
- • Completed Pricing Schedule (Form C2.2.2 or C2.2.3)
- • Completed Form of Offer (Form C1.1)
- • Completed Contract Data
- • Board Resolution for authorized signatory (Form MMSEZ-06)
- • For JV/Consortium: Board Resolutions of each partner (Forms MMSEZ-07/08)
- • For JV/Consortium: Joint Venture/Consortium Agreement
- • For JV/Consortium: Power of Attorney
- • For JV/Consortium: Establishment document signed by all parties
- • Proof of ownership/control by SACQSP-registered professionals (Form MMSEZ-01)
