- • Multidisciplinary professional practice with engineering division under fulltime supervision of registered professional engineer or engineering technologist
- • Minimum 51% ownership/control by ECSA registered professionals
- • Professional Indemnity Insurance at least twice the contract amount
- • Preference Points Claim Form and BBBEE certification
- • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- • VAT Registration Certificate from SARS
- • Company/CC/Trust/Partnership registration certificates
- • Board Resolution authorizing signatory
- • At least one registered Professional Civil Engineer listed as Key Person
- • Minimum 5 projects with Letters of Appointment/POs (R5M+ professional fees) and Letters of Satisfaction for internal site engineering master plan development for residential/commercial townships
