What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or TCS Certificate
- • Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report (full, not older than 30 days from closing date)
- • Certified copy of Company Registration Certificate
- • Certified copies of ID documents of all Directors (not older than 3 months)
- • Certified copy of current municipal rates statement (month ended June 2026) or valid lease agreement or proof of residence if in non-billed area
- • Valid Letter of Authority to sign bid with specimen signatures
- • Municipal Bid Documents (MBD 1, 2, 3.1, 4, 6.1, 7.2, 8, 9) completed and signed
- • All returnable schedules (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) completed and signed
- • Proof of non-arrears on municipal rates (not more than 90 days)
- • Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EME/SME (for preference points)
- • Declaration of bidder's past supply chain management practices (MBD 8)
- • Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD 9)
