What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Detailed project plan and technical proposal
- • Company profile highlighting experience in technical capacity assessment
- • Client reference letters (minimum 1-2) from similar projects in medium to large complex organisations
- • CVs of 3 additional resources with relevant experience in Technical Capacity Assessment
- • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Human Resource Management, Performance Monitoring and Evaluation or equivalent
- • Project manager must be registered with ECSA or SACPCMP
- • Conduct compulsory inception, draft assessment, and final assessment presentation sessions with stakeholders
- • Form and facilitate Project Steering Committee
- • Conduct monthly PSC meetings and provide progress reports
- • Deliver 6 specified deliverables including inception report, assessment reports, skills and capacity plan, and close-out report
