- • Electrical Engineer with ECSA registration and 3+ years water/sanitation experience
- • Mechanical Engineer with ECSA registration and 3+ years water/sanitation experience
- • Joint Venture agreement (if applicable)
- • Audited proof of subsidiary arrangement (if applicable)
- • SBD 4 duly completed and signed
- • Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire completed
- • Resolution of signatory form or authorisation letter signed by all directors
- • Not listed on Register of Tender Defaulters
- • No history of abuse of Supply Chain Management System or contract performance failure
