- • Technical proposal and pricing proposal
- • VAT registration number (if applicable)
- • Not in service of the state (persons, companies with state-employed directors, or close corporations with state-employed members)
- • Black ink completion of all bid documents
- • Original signatures required
- • Foreign suppliers must complete questionnaire regarding RSA residency, branches, permanent establishment, income sources, and tax liability
