- • Must submit fully completed SBD 3 (Pricing Schedule)
- • Successful bidder must complete and sign SBD 7 (Contract Form)
- • Bid must include both technical and pricing proposals
- • Not a person in service of the state, nor director/member of such person
- • Bid validity period: 120 days from closing date
