- • Lease agreement as per CIPC
- • Tribal Lands proof of residence as per CIPC
- • Past three years financial statements
- • For joint ventures: valid Tax Pin printouts of all partners and signed agreement indicating lead partner
- • VAT registration proof for bids over R1 million
