- • Detailed price breakdown required
- • Submit CVs and certified copies of qualifications for all key team members
- • Submit reference letters (not older than 5 years) on company letterhead demonstrating fraud/forensic investigation experience
- • Demonstrate team competencies: collective forensic investigation experience (minimum 10 years for points), fair spread across team levels
- • Minimum 40% of team with postgraduate degree in forensic investigation, law, or auditing/internal auditing OR more than 70% with bachelor's degree in these fields
- • Professional membership in recognized bodies: Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Institute of Commercial Forensic Practitioners, PSIRA, or IIA
- • Submit detailed methodology addressing: preliminary evaluation, planning and scoping, fieldwork, reporting, and project quality management
- • Submit engagement plan with budget, timelines, and deliverables
- • Submit project plan with task definition, timeframes, milestones, feedback and reporting plan
- • Price according to specified positions and estimated hours (Project Director 10h, Senior Manager 20h, Audit Manager 30h, Auditors 50h) - failure to comply results in disqualification
