What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration compulsory - failure to submit CSD report results in disqualification
- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN from SARS required or CSD number if TCS PIN unavailable
- • Bidders must not be persons in service of the state
- • For consortia/joint ventures: each party must submit separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number
- • Bid documents must be stamped and signed at compulsory briefing session
- • All bid forms must be completed in original (not retyped)
- • Each page of bid document must be initialed by bidder
- • Declaration form (SBD 4) confirming no conflict of interest and compliance with state employment restrictions
- • Preference Points Claim Form (SBD 6.1) to be completed
- • Firm prices only (first year firm, thereafter subject to statutory increases and Legislature approval)
- • Offer valid for 120 days from closing date
- • Contract period: 36 months
