SANParks seeks a service provider for routine and ad-hoc helicopter maintenance support, servicing, and supply/overhaul of parts for a 5-year period. Tax compliance (TCS PIN or CSD number) and BBBEE verification are mandatory.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs)
- • TCS PIN from SARS or printed TCS Certificate
- • CSD number where no TCS available
- • If consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors involved: separate TCS Certificate/PIN/CSD for each party
- • Must not be in service of the state or have directors/members in service of the state
- • Original bid document signed and initialed on each page
- • Digital copy on USB/Memory stick with key tag marked with tender reference and company name
- • All Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) completed in ink by hand
- • Bid validity for 150 days after closing date
- • Accreditation proof if accredited representative in RSA
- • Foreign supplier questionnaire if applicable
