What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Mandatory site inspection and information meeting attendance with signed attendance register
- • CV of Contracts Manager, Site Agent and Safety Officer
- • Certified copies of key personnel with qualifications: Contracts Manager (minimum National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering NQF 6+ with ECSA professional registration), Site Agent (minimum National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering NQF 6), Foreman (minimum N6 in Mechanical Engineering), Safety Officer (minimum Certificate in occupational health or equivalent with OHS professional registration)
- • Proof of employment letters for Contracts Manager, Site Agent and Safety Officer on company letterhead
- • Recent 3 years audited financial statements demonstrating going concern status
- • Copies of appointment letter and completion certificate proving relevant working experience
- • Valid CIDB registration proof in appropriate contractor grading designation
- • Valid tax clearance pin or copy
- • Department of Labour certificate or declaration of Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998 compliance
- • No municipal rates, taxes or service charges in arrears exceeding one month
- • Not listed on Register of Bid Defaulters
- • No conflict of interest with municipality
- • Completed schedule of quantities including sub-contractors schedule (no lump sums only)
- • Properly signed bid document by authorized signatory with authority documentation
- • All pages signed in provided spaces
- • Joint Venture/Consortium agreement if applicable
- • Foreign qualification approval from SAQA if applicable
