- • Proof of company office address (municipal account not older than 90 days, municipal clearance certificate, lease agreement, or affidavit from village residents)
- • Identity documents of directors
- • Completed pricing schedule with all components
- • AA Certificate for travel costs (upon contract award)
- • Original bid documents only (no facsimile or electronic submission without physical copy)
