- • Municipal rates and taxes account not older than 3 months and not in arrears, OR valid lease agreement, OR rental statement, OR ward councillor confirmation for informal settlement, OR sworn affidavit for alternative arrangements
- • Municipal service declaration certificate completed and signed
- • VAT compliance documentation for non-VAT vendors
