- • Professional Indemnity Insurance minimum R6 million (or R2 million per discipline if consortium)
- • Letter of Good Standing (COIDA/FEM)
- • Consortium Agreement or Sub-Consultant Agreements
- • Form of Offer fully signed and witnessed
- • SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid)
- • SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest)
- • SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form)
- • Completed Fee Proposal per pricing schedule
- • Letter of Authority from all directors/board resolution
- • Valid proof of active professional registration (non-expired) for all disciplines
- • CIPC Document and certified ID documents of directors (not older than 6 months)
- • Acknowledgment of record of addenda (if applicable)
- • Reference letters for completed similar projects (minimum 3, maximum 5)
