About this tender
Independent Development Trust seeks a service provider/contractor for the production and installation of 13 chief sculptures and a centrepiece as part of the Resistance Liberation and Heritage Route at University of Limpopo Fig Tree Monument, comprising concrete works, stonework, metalwork, paving, electrical (solar lighting), and landscaping.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Competent construction health and safety officer required
- • Health & Safety file required per OHS Act 85 of 1993 and Construction Regulations 2014
- • Contract works insurance and public liability insurance for duration of works
- • As-built drawings submission required
- • Two inspections by LDPWR&I and LDSAC officials during off-site manufacture and before delivery
