- • For Joint Ventures: lead partner must have contractor grading not lower than one level below required class
- • For Joint Ventures: combined grading must equal or exceed Grade 1 CE
- • Minimum functionality score of 70 points required to proceed to price evaluation
- • Non-Disclosure Agreement certification
- • Declaration of breach of law (past 5 years) on form T2.2-17
